San Diego Litigation Paralegal

The Opportunity

At Glaser Weil, you will work with a team of passionate and driven attorneys on challenging and often high-profile business disputes and complex commercial litigation matters, including financial services, intellectual property, real estate, construction, entertainment and employment cases. The successful candidate will be forward-thinking and well-rounded. This position is based in our San Diego office.

Attractive Candidates Will Have:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in civil litigation and trials, working and collaborating in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
  • Excellent academic credentials (top of class) and a minimum of a bachelor’s degree and a paralegal certificate from an ABA-accredited school
  • Exceptional references from current and former colleagues
  • Impeccable written and analytical skills
  • A can-do attitude and self-starter mindset
  • Ability to work independently as well as in group settings
  • Experience preparing for and attending trials and arbitrations
  • Extensive experience with document review platforms, such as DISCO and Relativity

This will be a full-time position with a hybrid schedule. Overtime will be required during trials, as well as the possibility of some travel.

The base compensation range for this position is $100,00 - $125,000 These numbers do not reflect a successful candidate’s total compensation. Base compensation is only the guaranteed component of the total compensation package and does not include discretionary bonuses and the other career-enhancing opportunities of joining the Firm.
