Century City Mid-Level Staff Attorney (Discreet Project Engagement)

4-6 Years’ Litigation Experience

The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented mid-level staff attorney to support complex commercial litigation matters. This role is well suited for an attorney who is execution-focused, highly organized, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The position emphasizes high-quality legal work, sound judgment, and exceptional client service, without responsibility for originating or selling work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support all phases of commercial litigation and insurance recovery matters, including legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, discovery, and trial preparation.
  • Analyze complex legal and factual issues and provide clear, well-reasoned recommendations.
  • Draft and review high-quality written work product, including briefs, memoranda, and client communications.
  • Work closely with partners, senior attorneys, and litigation teams to advance case strategy and meet deadlines.
  • Engage professionally with clients as needed to support matters and deliver excellent client service.
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment while maintaining attention to detail and responsiveness.

Attractive candidates will have:

  • 4–6 years of law firm experience handling complex commercial litigation matters.
  • Impeccable written, verbal, analytical, and advocacy skills, with a strong track record of producing high-quality work product.
  • A “can-do” attitude, with the ability to manage assignments independently and proactively.
  • Demonstrated success working collaboratively in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop practical, creative solutions to legal issues.
  • The ability to interact directly with clients in a professional, service-oriented manner, under the guidance of senior attorneys.
  • Excellent academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school.
  • Active California Bar admission in good standing.

The base compensation range for this position is $125,000 – $200,000.
