Josephine Wu is an associate in the firm’s corporate practice group. Her practice focuses on corporate law, including business entity formation, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Glaser Weil, Josephine worked at boutique law firms, where she counseled clients in corporate law, as well as trademark prosecution, and practiced commercial litigation involving employment, business, and shareholder disputes.
Josephine received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Davis, where she also completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Managerial Economics. While in law school, Josephine served as an Executive Editor for the Business Law Journal and completed externships with the Department of Fair Employment and Housing and the California Department of Justice, Attorney General’s Office.
Josephine is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US).
