Gregory Suess, a Partner in Glaser Weil’s Entertainment Department, has worked with the Firm’s most high-profile clients.

With extensive experience in general corporate law, media and entertainment, Mr. Suess has been instrumental in the Firm's relationships with clients, including 2929 Entertainment, EROS International, Cinedigm, Quincy Jones Productions, Content Partners, CJ Entertainment, SG Acquisitions, LLC and Activist.

Mr. Suess received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California, his master’s in business and law degrees simultaneously from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business and School of Law.

He has been included on the list of Southern California Super Lawyers, and was listed in the Los Angeles Business Journal as a top executive in the Los Angeles business community.

Mr. Suess is also a founding partner of Activist (Activist.co), a full-service management and consulting company. Activist provides comprehensive management services for its clients including talent and brand management, managing partnerships, strategic alliances and marketing strategies that engage consumers through entertainment, music, and lifestyle experiences. Activist represents actors, writers, directors, musicians, industry icons and experts, brands, entertainment properties, and high net worth families.

At Activist, Greg advises clients in a wide range of transactions, content strategies, seed and growth capital, mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, strategic alliances, joint venture agreements, licensing agreements, talent deals, personal appearances, book publishing, marketing and distribution agreements.  

He is actively involved in philanthropic and business endeavors in the Los Angeles community and serves on the Board of Directors of Wizard World, Inc.
