Dora de la Rosa

Dora de la Rosa is an associate in Glaser Weil’s Real Estate Department. Dora represents a range of clients, including institutional lenders, borrowers, investors, sellers and buyers in a variety of commercial real estate transactions.

Dora’s practice has involved a variety of projects, including those for hotels, office, retail, industrial, multi-family and mixed-use, as well as residential properties and vacant land. 

Dora has extensive experience in:

• Acquisitions and dispositions
• Construction and development
• Leasing
• Debt and equity financing

Dora's notable experience includes her representation of: 

• The County of Los Angeles with respect to the development of Gladstones, a Frank Gehry-designed restaurant in Malibu, CA, operated/owned by Wolfgang Puck.
• An institutional lender in connection with the purchase of office buildings in multiple states totaling over $200 million.
• A private equity firm in acquisition and disposition of various properties in multiple states.
• A borrower in connection with its $680 million CMBS loan covering a portfolio of residential properties in 20 states.
