Charuni Patibanda is an Associate in Glaser Weil’s Government & Regulatory Law Department. Her experience is in local and Federal government issues, and previously represented large corporations in complex business litigation matters.

In addition to her litigation background, Ms. Patibanda brings quantitative experience to her practice from her time as an analyst for a leading automotive financial services company. She also served as a legal fellow for United States Senator Christopher A. Coons (Del.), focusing on issues for the Judiciary and Budget Committees.

Ms. Patibanda is active in politics and in her free time enjoys volunteering for local and federal campaigns.  She volunteers in downtown area legal clinics and is a member of the Shelter Partnership’s Associate Board.

  • Advocated for a concert promoter in successfully overturning a decision of the Board of Commissioners for a City-owned outdoor concert venue.

  • Lobbied for the Board of Airport Commissioners and City Council to enact rules and regulations to increase oversight, insurance and safety measures on ride-share companies from operating at LAX.

  • Successfully represented a newly formed joint venture in securing a government contract to renovate and operate a VIP terminal at LAX.

  • Represented a municipal parking services company and successfully defended them against a bid protest filed to oppose a parking meter collection and counting contract.  Provided support on all aspects of this matter, including administrative law advocacy during the bid protest and lobbying to ensure the final contract was approved.
