Kyle was honored among prominent executives described as “visionaries” who have negotiated the most significant and notable deals in the entertainment industry.
Spotlighting Kyle's achievements in 2018, the feature specifically mentions her precedent-setting deal on behalf of production-company client BBC’s “Dancing with the Stars.” Kyle was instrumental in orchestrating a complex agreement between BBC, Notre Dame compliance, the NCAA, and SAG-AFTRA for basketball-star athlete Arike Ogunbowale to compete on the television show, while maintaining her amateur-player status. The meticulously assembled deal resulted in allowing Ms. Ogunbowale to receive prize money since it would not be awarded based on her "athletic ability."
