The Firm’s Entertainment Litigation team was further recognized as a top practice in California.

Patricia Glaser, Chair of the Firm’s Litigation Department, received distinction in both the Media & Entertainment Litigation (Band 1) and General Commercial Litigation (Band 2) categories in California. Chambers USA noted that Ms. Glaser is a "formidable" figure in the entertainment industry, with a strong track record of representing talent, entertainment executives and companies in high-profile disputes. One client proclaimed that "she's one of the top litigators in the country and it's unbelievably comforting to know that someone with her reputation is there if we need her." Head of the Firm’s Intellectual Property Department, Adrian Pruetz was recognized within Band 3 for Intellectual Property: Trademark, Copyright & Trade Secrets in California. Ms. Pruetz was highlighted for her courtroom presentation, particularly in misuse of trade secrets, copyright and trademark infringement cases. She was also distinguished for her experience across hi-tech patent infringement claims and was praised by a client as "phenomenal at dealing with patent trolls; she just really understands the technical aspects."

Litigation Partner Cindy Cohen was awarded a Band 2 ranking for Bankruptcy/Restructuring in California. She's highly commended for her deft handling of bankruptcy-related litigation.
