At Glaser Weil, diversity, equity and inclusion are core principles at the forefront of our practice. The Firm’s commitment to foster an inclusive and supportive culture is fundamental to our success. Glaser Weil’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee steers the Firm’s efforts to create a diverse and inclusive workplace, and our dedication to diversity is reflective of our ability to forge ahead as a best-in-class law firm.

We have several important mechanisms in place to promote DEI in our Firm and the legal industry overall. The strategic imperatives of Glaser Weil’s DEI program are organized around three key pillars: internal initiatives, external programs and diverse recruiting.

Internal Initiatives

Driving positive change in our workplace is essential to Glaser Weil’s overall DEI efforts. We endeavor to provide our employees with access to resources that will drive their personal and professional growth and strengthen both our organization and our ability to provide top-notch client work. Examples of Glaser Weil’s internal DEI programming include hosting in-office educational events, organizing an internal book club, and producing and distributing a monthly newsletter focused on diversity and inclusion.

External Programs

Actively participating in DEI efforts in the legal community is very important to Glaser Weil. Our participation in industry events focused on furthering DEI is a top priority of our program. Examples of our engagement include membership in the California Minority Counsel Program, hosting external events centered on the achievements and insights of diverse groups, and speaking at and sponsoring diversity conferences. Our attorneys are regularly recognized for their leadership in the diversity space.

Diverse Recruiting

We understand the importance of reflecting the diversity of today’s world within our own organization and how important doing so is to our clients. Glaser Weil is an equal opportunity employer and strongly encourages applicants who would contribute to the diversity of the firm and the profession and further enhance Glaser Weil’s culture of inclusion. The Firm has taken steps to proactively enhance its pipeline of diverse candidates by partnering with recruiters that are committed to promoting diversity. We encourage diverse candidates to review our open positions and contact us for more information.
