Glaser Weil Promotes Scott Gizer and Lisa Hamilton Klein To Partnership

LOS ANGELES – Glaser, Weil, Fink, Jacobs, Howard & Shapiro, LLP, a full service law firm, has announced that litigator Scott Gizer and corporate attorney Lisa Hamilton Klein have been elected to the partnership. Mr. Gizer handles all aspects of business litigation with a specialty in real estate and construction.  Ms. Klein has over 20 years experience counseling both public and private companies in general business and real estate matters, including securities, acquisitions and financings as well as work-outs and restructurings.

“We are pleased to include Scott and Lisa in our partnership,” said Co-Managing Partner Peter Weil. “Within their respective practice areas, they are valuable assets to the firm and we look forward to their continued contributions.”

Mr. Gizer received his B.A. from the University of California, San Diego and received his J.D. from Loyola Law School.   While in law school, he received the American Jurisprudence Award for Appellate Advocacy and competed as a finalist in the American Bar Association’s Moot Court Competition.  Ms. Klein received her B.A. from Northwestern University and received her J.D. from University of California, Los Angeles.  During law school, she served as an extern to the Honorable Richard J. Gadbois in the Los Angeles District Court.
