A highly respected business litigator and partner at the firm, Stephen Ma represents public companies and their officers and directors in connection with securities class actions and shareholder derivative litigation, as well as proceedings before the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.  Mr. Ma also represents clients in a wide range of litigation involving entertainment matters, business torts, professional malpractice and employment discrimination claims.  

Mr. Ma received his Bachelor of Arts cum laude from Georgetown University and his Juris Doctorate from Northwestern University School of Law.
