• Representing the international real estate brokerage firm CB Richard Ellis and one of its executives in a trial where the plaintiff was claiming more than $15 million in lost profits.  The jury deliberated less than an hour before delivering a verdict in favor of the client.

• Securing the dismissal of a class action lawsuit seeking $4 million in damages against entertainer Miley Cyrus and her holding company.
