Matthew R. Gershman is an associate in the Firm's litigation department.

Mr. Gershman earned his law degree (magna cum laude) from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2007.  At Pepperdine, Mr. Gershman served on the Pepperdine Law Review and earned Witkin and CALI Excellence awards in Contracts and a CALI Excellence award in Lawyering Process.  Prior to law school, Mr. Gershman attended the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business, earning a Bachelor of Science degree (summa cum laude) in 2004 with a double major in Marketing and Supply Chain Management.  That same year, Mr. Gershman was honored with the business school's Outstanding Senior in Marketing Award.

Mr. Gershman also represents the Firm on its softball team.
