Matthew DiNicola is an associate in the Firm's corporate and real estate departments.

Mr. DiNicola's corporate practice includes mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, public offerings, private placements, federal and state securities compliance and general corporate matters for public and private companies. Mr. DiNicola's real estate practice involves the acquisition, sale, development, finance, and leasing of commercial, industrial, and residential properties. He also advises clients in land development including zoning, planning and permitting at the local and state level.

Mr. DiNicola received his law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2004 where he was selected to participate in Pepperdine's international law program in London, England. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Vanderbilt University.

Mr. DiNicola is licensed to practice in the State of California and State of Texas.
