Litigation partner Mark G. Krum, resident in the Firm’s Las Vegas office, handles a broad range of high stakes complex business disputes and specializes in securities and corporate governance litigation and counseling.  His clients include the management and non-management directors and officers of public companies, as well as private companies, limited liability companies and partnerships. He is admitted to practice law in Nevada, Illinois, New York and California.

He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Wheaton College and his Juris Doctorate from Northwestern University School of Law School.
