Partner Lisa Hamilton Klein's real estate practice focuses on restructuring, workouts, title issues, and commercial loan transactions.  Ms. Hamilton Klein has more than 25 years of experience as a business lawyer.  Her corporate and securities work concentrates on mergers and acquisitions, public and private offering of debt and equity securities, venture capital financings and '34 Act reporting.  She represents manufacturing companies, title companies, technology companies and real estate developers.

Ms. Hamilton Klein received a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from Northwestern University and her Juris Doctorate from UCLA School of Law.
