Josef Bobek is an associate in the Firm's corporate and real estate departments.

Mr. Bobek focuses his practice on general corporate/business law and all forms of real estate matters involving buying, selling, financing, leasing and developing hospitality and commercial real estate, including workouts of distressed real estate projects.  Mr. Bobek also has experience in handling complex title and title insurance matters.  Prior to attending law school, Mr. Bobek worked as an internal auditor for a Fortune 500 Company. 

Mr. Bobek received his Juris Doctorate in 2002 from Pepperdine University School of Law where he served as the Student Articles Editor for the National Association of Administrative Law Judges Journal.  He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California in 1999.  Mr. Bobek is licensed to practice law in California and Arizona.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Bobek serves as a Commissioner on the City of Redondo Beach Budget and Finance Commission and serves on the board of various philanthropic organizations in the Los Angeles Area.
