Corporate partner Janet McCloud specializes in corporate, securities and mergers and acquisitions law.  She has been responsible for many large, complex and innovative transactions for both public and private companies in a range of industries.  Ms. McCloud has represented clients involved in the sale of several Hollywood film studios, Las Vegas hotel/casino resorts and two of the "Big Three" automakers.  She advises investors on their responsibilities under federal securities law and state corporate law arising from their holdings in public companies.   

Ms. McCloud received a Bachelor of Arts degree with high honors from the University of Delaware.  She received a Master of Arts degree in library science from the University of Denver and a Juris Doctorate from Yale Law School.
