Harry Demas, a partner at the Firm, has over ten years of experience working on a range of corporate matters, including public and private offerings of equity and debt securities, venture capital financing, private equity, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures.

Mr. Demas’ capital markets experience includes acting as company or underwriter counsel for numerous IPOs and other public and private securities offerings such as follow-on, secondary, PIPE, Regulation S and Rule 144A offerings, both domestic and internationally.

His mergers and acquisitions and private equity experience include buy- and sell-side representation, hostile and friendly transactions and representation of both the principal parties as well as the financial advisors.

He also represents companies with respect to general corporate and securities matters, including '34 Act reporting, Section 13 and Section 16 compliance, corporate governance, stock exchange matters and negotiating complex commercial agreements.

Mr. Demas received his Bachelors of Science degree from Stanford University in Electrical Engineering.  He received his Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School and is a member of the California State Bar.
