Corporate partner Harry Demas has significant experience representing clients in connection with a range of domestic and international transactions, including public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, venture capital financing, private equity, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures.  He also has extensive experience in general corporate matters, including ’34 Act reporting, for both U.S. and non-U.S. companies. 

Mr. Demas received his Bachelors of Science degree from Stanford University in Electrical Engineering.  He received his Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School and is a member of the California State Bar.
