Of Counsel Member at the Firm, Elizabeth Chilton specializes exclusively in appellate litigation.
For almost three decades, she has handled scores of appeals and writ proceedings in the California courts of appeal, the California Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit, and other federal appellate courts.  She has argued or briefed intellectual property disputes, insurance coverage matters, legal malpractice cases, and employment litigation, including claims of sexual harassment and discrimination, wrongful termination, and questions of bankruptcy, probate, divorce, entertainment, administrative, real estate, environmental, and commercial law.

She received her Bachelor of Arts degree summa cum laude from the University of California at Los Angeles, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa and received her Juris Doctorate from the University of California at Los Angeles and was awarded Order of the Coif.

Ms. Chilton is a member of the California State Bar and the Century City Bar Association.
