Of Counsel Firm Elizabeth Chilton specializes exclusively in appellate litigation.  She has handled scores of appeals and writ proceedings in the California courts of appeal, the California Supreme Court, the Ninth Circuit, and other federal appellate courts.

She received her Bachelor of Arts degree summa cum laude from the University of California at Los Angeles, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa and received her Juris Doctorate from University of California at Los Angeles and was awarded Order of the Coif.
