Partner Carolyn Jordan is respected for both her real estate and corporate expertise, and her ability to negotiate transactions ranging from straightforward to complex billion-dollar agreements.  She advises clients on real estate and corporate acquisitions and dispositions as well as on secured and unsecured financings.

Ms. Jordan received her Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles and her Juris Doctor from the UCLA School of Law.
