Real estate partner Brett Cohen develops creative solutions to difficult financing issues. His practice focuses on real property secured asset-based financing, loan workouts, acquisitions and dispositions, leasing of real property, urban in-fill and single family residential developments, and corporate organizational matters. Mr. Cohen received his Bachelor of Science degree, double majoring in Industrial and Labor Relations and Economics, from Cornell University and his Juris Doctor and Masters in Business Administration from the University of California at Los Angeles.

He has been selected for inclusion in Southern California Super Lawyers for six consecutive years, and also in Super Lawyers Corporate Counsel edition.
