When it comes to challenging high-stakes business disputes, partner Andrew Baum is a vigorous advocate for his clients. He has successfully litigated and resolved multi-million dollar claims in a wide variety of business and litigation matters, including partnership disputes, construction matters, employment actions, consumer and class action claims, as well as securities and white collar criminal matters. He is licensed to practice in both California and Nevada.

Mr. Baum received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, San Diego, and his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School. Under the California State Bar’s Certified Law Students program, Mr. Baum tried and won more than 20 civil cases before graduating from law school.

He has been selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers every year since 2005.
