Summary
Amin Al-Sarraf is an associate in the Firm’s litigation department. Mr. Al-Sarraf received his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in 2009, where he served as a member of the Scott Moot Court Honors Board and competed on the Jessup International Law Moot Court Team. During law school, Mr. Al-Sarraf served as a judicial extern for the Honorable R. Gary Klausner of the United States District Court, Central District of California and for the Honorable Judith C. Chirlin of the Los Angeles County Superior Court. He also clerked at an immigration law firm in downtown Los Angeles and volunteered at a non-profit organization focusing on housing law and tenants’ rights. Mr. Al-Sarraf earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs from the Elliott School of International Affairs at The George Washington University in Washington, D.C., where he graduated with cum laude honors and was awarded the Charles R. Sitter Award for academic and professional excellence. During his undergraduate studies, Mr. Al-Sarraf worked in the Near Eastern Affairs Bureau of the US State Department and at a public advocacy organization on Capitol Hill. Mr. Al-Sarraf serves on the board of directors of the International Institute for the Rule of Law and is a member of the International Law Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association. |
