Litigation partner Alisa Morgenthaler represents clients in all types of business/commercial litigation and appeals, with an emphasis in complex litigation.  She has experience with, corporate, consumer class actions, copyright, insurance, construction, employment, securities and other business disputes across a spectrum of industries including entertainment, real estate, financial institutions, construction, government entities, hospitality, publishing and gaming. Ms. Morgenthaler is admitted to practice law in California, New York and District of Columbia.

She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Missouri State University and her Juris Doctorate from Cornell Law School with a specialization in International Law. 

She has been selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers for five consecutive years and was named Top 50 Women Lawyers in Southern California for four years and is AV-rated on Martindale-Hubbell.  Additionally, she is listed in Marquis Who’s Who in America, the World, American Law and American Women.
