Summary Extended Bio Representative Matters
Litigation partner Adam Le Berthon's practice focuses primarily on complex and multiparty commercial litigation. He has handled a wide variety of general commercial litigation cases involving claims relating to breach of contract, fraud, unfair business practices, real estate and construction defect disputes, and various tort claims. He has a great deal of experience representing companies involved in environmental litigation, and he has extensive experience defending products liability and mass tort actions filed against pharmaceutical and consumer product companies. He also has experience structuring and negotiating the settlement of individual and large groups of cases. Mr. Le Berthon received his Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude from the University of San Diego in Economics with a minor in Computer Science. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Southern California, where he was an editor of the Southern California Law Review and graduated Order of the Coif. |
