Partner Aaron P. Allan represents and counsels clients in a variety of litigation and pre-litigation contexts with an emphasis on environmental, insurance coverage, toxic tort and real property litigation matters. Mr. Allan represents a wide variety of business entities, including regulated water utilities accused of delivering contaminated drinking water, and companies seeking insurance coverage for claims brought under CERCLA and other statutes.  He has litigated complex environmental claims and related insurance claims in both state and federal courts, as well as in private arbitration proceedings.

Additionally, Mr. Allan provides pre-litigation advice and counseling on environmental regulatory matters, including advice on air permitting, asbestos, drum recycling, regulatory compliance and other issues involving hazardous materials.  He also helps clients to manage site remediation activities, and advises clients with respect to the risks associated with purchase of any environmentally contaminated property.

Mr. Allan received his Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from UCLA.  He received his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School, where he was Executive Editor of the Loyola International and Comparative Law Journal and a member of the St. Thomas More Honor Society.
