Noah Perch-Ahern to Speak About Acid Mine Drainage at AEHS Foundation’s International Conference

Noah Perch-Ahern, a Partner in Glaser Weil’s Environmental and Energy Practice Group, will be speaking at the Association for Environmental Health and Sciences (AEHS) Foundation’s 27th Annual International Conference on Soil, Water, Energy, and Air on Wednesday, March 22, 2017. The conference, which will take place March 20-23 in San Diego, provides a forum to facilitate the exchange of information of technological advances, new scientific achievements and the effectiveness of standing environmental regulation programs.  

Mr. Perch-Ahern’s presentation, “Legal Liability Issues Relating to Acid Mine Drainage at Abandoned Mine Sites,” will cover the types of legal issues that confront both plaintiffs and defendants in connection with thousands of abandoned mines, many of which are hazardous waste sites posing acid mine drainage (AMD) concerns.
