In the course of Mr. Silbert's 40-plus years as a business lawyer, he has handled numerous large and complex transactions, including a number valued in excess of $1 billion dollars, relating to registration of securities, acquisitions, dispositions, corporate takeover offers and tender offers.

Mr. Silbert began practicing law at Wyman, Bautzer, Rothman & Kuchel, becoming the firm’s youngest partner in just a few years. Tapping into his savvy business abilities, he eventually became managing partner of the firm of 120 lawyers. He was also in charge of its corporate and transaction department and handled numerous major corporate and business transactions for the firm, including several of the then-largest transactions in the country. Mr. Silbert also served as personal attorney to one of the firm's largest clients, Kirk Kerkorian.
