Louise Nutt is an associate in Glaser Weil’s Litigation Department. Ms. Nutt’s experience includes defending national banks and other businesses in various stages of civil litigation in state and federal court, as well as handling business disputes on behalf of franchisors. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Nutt served as an associate at Bryan Cave LLP, where she also advised on social media policies, consumer protection issues affecting mobile apps, and emerging payment issues.

While attending Stanford Law School, Ms. Nutt was an editor-in-chief of the Stanford Journal of Civil Rights and Civil Liberties. Ms. Nutt also worked in the Stanford Immigrants’ Rights Clinic.
