LAUREN BRAGIN "Litigators are business therapists: we help prevent, diagnose, analyze, and solve your business issues. When it comes to trial, we’re also pop-novelists: it’s our job to translate complicated facts and arcane legalese into a story the jury understands, responds to, and wants to buy."
