John Goad, an associate in Glaser Weil’s Real Estate group, has a broad-based practice. He represents clients in the acquisition and disposition of real estate assets, real estate secured and mezzanine financing, commercial leasing transactions and all aspects of title and survey diligence. 

Mr. Goad also has experience handling title insurance coverage matters, which gives him a unique insight when it comes to analyzing his client’s diligence concerns.

Outside of the firm, Mr. Goad is an avid hiker and outdoorsman.
