Alexander Linhardt is an associate in Glaser Weil’s Litigation Department. He received his law degree from the University of Southern California, where he completed judicial externships with the Hon. Milan D. Smith, Jr. of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the Hon. George H. Wu of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. He was also a law clerk for the Complex and Special Litigation Division of the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office. Before joining the firm, he worked in the Legal Division of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, writing research memoranda and drafting proposed judgments for special judicial panels. Prior to law school, Mr. Linhardt taught at Harvard University, where he received a doctorate in English Language and Literature.
